Our client is a leading Real Estate Investor and Developer that specialise in acquiring and developing high-quality logistics assets to meet the growing demand from e-commerce. Their value-add approach, sustainability initiatives, and strategic partnerships position them as a key player in Europe's logistics real estate sector.

They are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Development Associate, who will oversee development projects/opportunities from inception to completion. You'll assess and underwrite speculative development opportunities, review feasibility, costs, programme and plans, and manage risk and finance, to ensure projects deliver risk-adjusted returns, and align with the businesses overall strategy.

The successful post holder with have a technical background (such as building surveying, construction management or civil engineering), proven experience in development (ideally within industrial or logistics, and strong project/programme management skills.
