With 40 years in the industry, this firm has led the way as one of the largest independent practices. The right person would be coming on-board to service the current workload of investor led commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects as well as residential, retail and industrial schemes. You’d be working on projects typically around £5m to £20m.

This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager looking to make the step up to Associate.

Requirements:

MRICS with a strong Building Surveying or technical background
3-5 years’ experience
Proven track record delivering successful fit-out and refurb projects
Happy being client facing

Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000
