An established, leading Building Consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their expanding team in Central London.
The role involves managing a range of Commercial and Residential projects valued up to £10 million.
Candidates should have a degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, along with client-facing Project Management experience.
The position offers a salary between £65,000 and £75,000, along with benefits like 30 days of annual leave and flexible working options.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both Commercial and Residential projects, with MRICS/CIOB/APM qualifications being desirable.

The Associate Project Manager Role

The Associate Project Manager will be working on a range of Commercial and Residential projects valuing up to £10m.

Working with clients from the public and private sectors, the successful Associate Project Manager's daily duties will include supporting project management and employee agent services on several exciting and innovative initiatives.

The position will cover building projects in Greater London.

The Associate Project Manager Requirements

Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction related subject
MRICS/CIOB/APM Qualified (Desirable)
Experience working within Commercial and Residential Projects
Previous client facing Project Management experience
