Position Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: 50,000 + overtime + on call
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services within our facilities management operations. This role involves overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing on-site teams and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key duties & responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities on site, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure compliance with SFG20 standards.
- Lead, manage, and mentor on-site M&E technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Allocate tasks and manage workloads effectively.
- Manage and prioritise reactive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and disruption.
Requirements:
- Qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical); C&G, HNC, HND or equivalent
- Experience of service delivery on commercial sites
- Previous experience of supervising a engineering team.
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
