We currently have a great opportunity for a Building Service Contract Manager to join a longstanding, well renowned service provider in the City of London / West End. You'll gain fantastic managerial experience, develop relations with fantastic clients and have the opportunity to prove your capabilities and progress further internally. For this role, you will be tasked with overseeing several high end commercial properties in the City of London / West End, oversee the maintenance engineers, develop and maintain client relations, and ensure the contract is successful in the service being provided.For this Building Service Contract Manager role, you must come from a technical background (Qualifications in either Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering), at least 5 years experience in the Building Services sector, experience leading / overseeing teams of engineers, great client management skills and the motivation to progress further within the company.Building Service Contract Manager Duties:

  • Running Profit and Loss (P&L) (Training will be provided)
  • Managing KPI and SLA's.
  • Technical supporting both the client and the engineering team
  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
  • Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Attending client meetings
  • Dealing with client's requirements including additional projects / works
  • Recruitment
  • Develop staff, annual appraisals etc
  • Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues
  • Reports
  • Winning and managing additional business opportunities
  • Responsible for the permit system.
  • Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.

Building Service Contract Manager Requirements:

  • Come from a technical background - Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering - Essential
  • At least 5 years experience in the Building Service sector
  • Client management experience
  • Experience in contract profit and loss (P&L) and works in progress (WIPs) - Desirable
  • Experience in a similar role - desirable

Salary and Benefits:
