Capital Programme Manager (Construction)

Venn Group is working exclusively with a London NHS Trust to recruit a Construction Programme Manager to successfully deliver multiple Capital Projects within budget and to specific time frames

Minimum Salary: £67,500

Duration: 18 month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Successfully lead multiple Project Managers acting as the key point of contact, coordinating various projects at different stages
  • Provide expert construction and technical advice to support the delivery of the programme in line with agreed objectives
  • Effectively communicate progress, plans and budgets to key stakeholders alongside preparing / producing information documents and reports
  • Develop risk and issue management tools for all project management activities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Chartered Construction professional RICS, RIBA, C Eng, ARB or similar
  • Proven experience managing multiple capital projects
  • NHS experience is essential desirable
