My client is seeking a Consents Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team based near Holborn. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced property management environment, where your work makes a real difference.

As a Consents Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring property and leasehold consent processes run efficiently and professionally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing standard applications such as subletting, pet permissions, and minor alterations.
  • Reviewing and coordinating complex requests (e.g. title rectifications, major works).
  • Liaising with external solicitors to prepare legal documents like Licences to Alter.
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
  • Preparing reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting wider departmental and corporate initiatives.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes

  • Solid administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Property management or legal compliance experience preferred
  • Leasehold knowledge is highly desirable
  • A proactive, team-first approach
