A diverse and multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy practice, based in London, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a dynamic environment and contribute to a wide range of projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be deeply involved in a variety of projects across sectors such as housing, regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health. In this role, you will:

  • Manage projects with diverse values and complexities.
  • Be a key member of the cost consultancy, project management, and employer's agent group.
  • Take proactive responsibility for specific projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Play an instrumental role in training and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and deliver projects across different sectors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, enhancing team skillset and cohesion.

The Construction Project Manager

  • A degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Varied experience across different build sectors.
  • MRICS/MAPM chartered or actively working towards such qualification.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong team player attitude.
