We are looking for an experienced Block Manager / Senior Site Manager looking to step into a Project Manager role in the Super Prime sector.

Working across multiple schemes up to £400m in value you will over see a variety of works ranging in scale, ensuring quality is delivered to programme across all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of small projects ranging from £1M to £3M in value. Manage all aspects of these projects from planning through to execution and completion.
  • Lead the diagnosis and resolution of defects across two major developments, with tasks varying in technical complexity and construction value from £1K to £300K per issue. This includes coordinating with the team on diagnosis, solution implementation, and commercial cost recovery.
  • Assist in the management of specific aspects of a £250M development, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Site Manager, Logistics Manager, and MEP Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and present detailed plans for team coordination, which will be reviewed and approved by senior management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare presentations, reports, and construction programmes quickly and efficiently with support from the team.
  • In-depth understanding of work sequences in fit-out and quality assurance (QA) control. Ability to detail QA methodologies and implement them in super-prime developments, especially concerning MEP packages.
  • Experience in setting up and managing processes for subcontractor tracking, including prestart requirements, manufacturing progress, design coordination, RFIs, commercial tracking, HSE, and supply chain relationships.
  • Proven experience in managing the flow of information, particularly regarding design and change orders.
