The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be an essential part of a diverse range of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing appointment documents and supervising project handovers.
- Providing continuous support to clients throughout the project duration.
- Leading post-project review discussions.
- Actively contributing to the business's growth and development.
The Construction Project Manager
- Chartered status with MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or working towards such accreditation.
- Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
- A degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience across a range of build sector projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and willingness to engage actively in project responsibilities.
