This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about managing high-value Commercial projects in one of the world's most vibrant cities.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing large scale, multi-storey Commercial projects, with project values of up to £200m. These projects include high-rise, luxurious commercial office buildings, leisure facilities, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee projects from any RIBA stage, typically from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading large-scale commercial projects, up to 100,000 sq foot in size.
Managing the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Ensuring projects adhere to set budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

The Construction Project Manager

Holds professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
Is ideally accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB.
Has prior experience in a Consultancy setting.
Demonstrates a proven track record in handling projects valued at £20 million or more.
Possesses strong Commercial sector experience and the ability to manage significant aspects of a project.
