Project Manager

Venn Group is working with an award winning University to recruit for a Project Manager (Construction) to support the transformation of their campus through capital projects and estates development.

Minimum Salary: £56,000

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week, hybrid working

Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Support the Head of Projects to successfully deliver the programme of works through actively managing tasks, coordinating teams and delegating activities
  • Oversee a rang of projects across the estate, ensuring completion within budget and time constraints
  • Organise and plan meetings regularly throughout project lifecycle to provide updates, analysis and reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely production and monitoring of project cost schedules, programmes and project controls reports
  • Provide technical construction advice and guidance, reviewing works in motion and at completion

The successful candidate will have:

  • Construction qualification or relevant experience
  • Project Management qualification e.g. Prince2
  • Previous project management experience, including budget / cost responsibility, in new builds and refurbishments
