Our client is on the look for an experienced Contract Manager to join their team. You will be joining a privately owned Building Service Providers in the UK, rapidly growing and renowned for progressing all of their staff! This role will have you managing a portfolio of commercial properties for well renowned clients, manage client expectations and raise value to the contracts you'll be managing.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Contract Manager who is on the look for a role where they can prove themselves and progress further into management. To be successful for this role, you will need to come from a technical background, managing engineers and to possess a client facing attitude.

Duties:

  • Running Profit and Loss (P&L) (Training will be provided)

  • Managing KPI and SLA's.

  • Technical supporting both the client and the engineering team

  • Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site

  • Management of client relationships on a daily basis.

  • Attending client meetings

  • Dealing with client's requirements including additional projects / works

  • Recruitment

  • Develop staff, annual appraisals etc

  • Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues

  • Reports

  • Winning and managing additional business opportunities

  • Responsible for the permit system.

  • Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.

Requirements:

  • Technical background is essential - Qualifications & experience - Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / AC engineering

  • Prior experience in contract management - At least 5 years prior

  • Personable and great communication skills

  • Experience handling client expectations

  • Knowledge and experience behind handling Profit and Loss reports - Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits:
