Are you a Contracts Manager with a proven track record in the high-end residential sector? Do you thrive in managing luxury new build and refurbishment projects? If so, this is your chance to take the lead on prestigious developments across London.

The Company

A leading Main Contractor specializing exclusively in high-end residential construction, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. With a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new developments across London’s prime locations.

The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will work alongside the Directors to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project & budget management - Overseeing P&L, cost control, and programming of works
  • Quality & Service Excellence - Ensuring every detail meets the luxury market’s expectations
  • Health & Safety Leadership - Implementing best-in-class H&S standards across all sites
  • Team Management - Leading site managers, supervisors, RLOs, and subcontractors
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations - Building strong relationships to uphold the company’s reputation

Who We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in the high-end residential sector (Not volume housebuilding)
  • Background in managing both new build and refurbishment luxury residential projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to strategically plan & problem-solve
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations and NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, ensuring projects run smoothly

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction industry experience
  • Relevant construction qualification (or demonstrable experience)
  • Health & Safety certification - IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & project management software
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
