- Managing and overseeing contract lifecycle, including negotiating, executing, administering, and closing out contracts
- Ensuring contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborating with legal, procurement, and project teams to mitigate risks and optimise contract terms
- Monitoring contract performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Assisting in resolving contract disputes and claims efficiently
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practices affecting contracts and procurement
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the renewable energy sector or a related industry
- Having a strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management
- Demonstrating excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Managing to work under pressure and handle multiple contracts simultaneously
- Being familiar with regulatory frameworks within the renewable energy industry
- Holding a degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Holding professional certifications in contract management (e.g., CIPS, IACCM) is preferred but not essential
