What You'll Do
  • Lead Project Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of complex BC, CRM, ERP, Data, or Modern Workplace projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

  • Multi-Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.

  • Strategic Planning: Create detailed project roadmaps, define objectives, and ensure alignment with client needs.

  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with resourcing teams to secure and allocate project resources, ensuring accurate billing and financial tracking.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure projects stay on track.

  • Financial Oversight: Track project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation, proactively addressing any financial concerns.

  • Communication & Leadership: Drive clear, effective communication across project teams and stakeholders, fostering best practices and collaboration.

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
  • Qualifications: Base Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince 2, APM, or PMI).

  • Experience: 3+ years delivering projects in a Dynamics consultancy environment.

  • Methodologies: Proven experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery approaches.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.

  • Results-Driven: A track record of delivering successful outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Motivation: Highly motivated, self-directed, and adaptable to rapidly changing environments.

  • Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector.

Additional Requirements
  • Core Hours: 09:00 - 17:30, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

  • Travel: Occasional travel to client sites, including potential overnight stays, is required.
