Our client, one of the UK's largest (and most popular!) Rail Transportation companies, are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Experience Project Manager to join their growing business. Working on a hybrid basis (in the office 3 times a week), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!Our client have been established for a number of years and offer a fantastic rail solution to commuters across the entirety of the UK. Following a recent restructure/growth, they have created a new Customer Experience function specialising solely on projects, and are actively seeking one more candidate to join their team. Working on a hybrid basis (3 times a week into the Central London HQ), you will be responsible for leading on special projects, keeping the voice of the customer at the core of all decision(s). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Initiating, planning and executing Customer Experience projects end to end, across the project management cycle- Delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting quality KPI's- Providing project management coaching and support to colleagues in functional departments who are managing small-scale business projects- Ensuring all Change Management processes are fully documented- Offering and providing support to other Project Managers across the business- Ensuring that the voice of the customer is at the heart of all business decisionsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of delivering projects focused on improving customer experience- Successfully delivering projects across large complex organisations- Knowledge of project management processes/tools/techniques- Solid understanding of business change tools and techniques and their deployment, including change management/process mapping- Ability to facilitate, engage and advise across different levels of the organisation including the development of staff engagement plans- Demonstrable commercial awareness- Fun, sociable personality!In addition to a very competitive salary, our client are also offering the following:- Incredible pension contribution (up to 10% employer contribution!)- Hybrid-working (2 days a week working from home)- Free train travel (business and leisure) for yourself, partner and any dependents!- Incredible progression opportunitiesOur client are looking to move on this position very quickly, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
