Role 1Key activities* To facilitate the regular demand tracking sessions where a review of upcoming projects is reviewed with the EBSA architects and delivery leads.* Maintain a pipeline of upcoming projects or programmes coming on to the EBSA platform.* Manage stakeholders' expectations on progress through the pipeline and escalate when required.* To suggest and implement improvements to the demand process alongside the EBSA Lead Delivery Manager.* Estimated any additional resource uplift required to EBSA to support incoming project. Communicate the demand process to wider stakeholders.

Role 2:

Key activities* Project Planning and Timeline Management:o Maintain the detailed project plan, ensuring key milestones for the re-procurement process are met.* Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:o Coordinate with project stakeholders (e.g., commercial, legal, technical teams) to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and timelines.* Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks in the re-procurement process (e.g., legal, contractual, or service transition issues) and develop mitigations to ensure the project stays on track.o Maintain all relevant RAID materials* Governance & Reporting:o Ensure that all procurement-related documentation, such as business requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and commercial materials are accurately captured, reviewed, and circulated for approval by the relevant personnel* Support Evaluation and Moderation Activities:o Assist commercial in the evaluation of suppliers and moderate activities to ensure fair and consistent assessment of potential suppliers during the selection process.
