Are you seeking an opportunity to work in one of London's flagship buildings as an Engineering Manager? do you have a track record of delivering top class hard services to a large commercial contract?
I am working with an in-house client who are actively recruiting for an Engineering Manager to oversee a busy hard services FM function on one of London's flagship buildings. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the statutory compliance is met and ensuring the engineering team are operating to maximum capacity.
Duties
- Management of a team of electricians, supervisors and building management team
- Management of projects and building refurb
- Regular liaison with the client to ensure requirements are met on a regular basis
- Service charge budget preparation
- Managing site P&L on the contract
- Health & safety management.
- Hard and soft service contractor management
- Conducting interviews for new staff
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have min. 3 years expeirence as an engineering manager / technican supervisor on a flagship contract
- IOSH/NEBOSH - desirable
- Electrical background and qualified
