If the answer to the above is yes, then you may be interested in the role I am currently working on. This position is with a major property management company, looking to recruit an ESG Advisor. It is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and supportive team, working on a diverse property portfolio. The company is one of the fastest growing property companies in the UK and they work with a range of leading clients nationally, with a multibillion portfolio. Their portfolio ranges from corporate office environments through to government listed buildings, research and educational institutes, and hospitality.

Responsibilities for the ESG Advisor will include:

  • Assisting on the development of the Environment and Sustainability roadmap, implementing action points throughout the organisation.
  • Engaging with a range of key stakeholders including contractors, clients and regulatory bodies, to help drive performance
  • Ensuring accurate reporting, and communicating this across the organisation
  • Constantly scanning for areas of improvement and providing solutions within energy, carbon and cost reductions.

The successful ESG Advisor will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within property, construction, facilities management, or related field
  • Ideally a degree in Environment, Sustainability or related subject and membership of IEMA
  • Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge across environment and sustainability.
