Role Overview:

An opportunity for an experienced Estimaor to join a dynamic team specialising in sustainable landscaping and commercial construction who execute large-scale, challenging projects across London and the UK. The role offers flexible home-working and offers excellent scope for career progression while being a part of innovative and dynamic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and architects during tender stage to provide detailed cost plans, schedules and programmes for agreement of contract sum
  • Involvement in negotiating, procurement and subcontract selection in conjunction with management team
  • Provide financial and programme updates throughout the project including costing and reporting
  • Prepare monthly valuations
  • Quality Control
  • Liaise with clients, designers and site teams and attend site meetings throughout the project as needed
  • Assist clients with materials and product selections while ensuring material requirements are met
  • Application of and adherence to CDM regulations and Company Health & Safety policies

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills with commercial acumen
