Are you an Estimator/Project Manager or similar with a construction background, looking for a remote role within a growing property maintenance company?

In this role, you will prepare project costings, analyze requirements, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee procurement. You'll also coordinate construction activities, maintain compliance with H&S regulations, manage project documentation, and assist in recruiting trades staff to maintain the subcontractor supply chain. The role includes occasional site visits to ensure smooth project delivery.
This position would suit an Estimator/Project Manager or similar with a construction background, seeking a flexible and autonomous role within a dynamic and growing property maintenance company.

- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and documentation
- Support recruitment and operational tasks
- Mon - Fri 8-5:30
