Facades Manager – Lewisham - £75,000 - £85,000

 I am recruiting for a Facades Project Manager with experience in Trespur cladding, Zinc cladding,timber cladding, Quad Core cladding & Render.

Job Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of façade/cladding-related projects, from pre-construction to completion. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

- Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.

- Manage project documentation and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial reports, and change orders.

- Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and completion of the project within budget and schedule.

- Liaise with Contracts Manager and commercial team regarding progress and any cost variations.
