We are looking for a Finishing Manager to join our client, a high-end residential developer to support with the delivery of a large scheme in East London.

You must come from a Finishing background whether through Customer Care or an Internal Trade you will solely focus on delivering the project from 2nd fix through to handover and final snags.

Due to the nature of the development ideally you will have experience working developer side on a high-end, high-quality, fast paced scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the final stages of the project to customer handover.
  • Supervise and guide a team of skilled finishing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Monitor project schedules and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or discrepancies and implementing corrective measures promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and organised documentation, including project reports, progress updates, and quality control records.
  • Uphold a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

This is a permanent and full time position however can be considered on a temp or contract basis, In return you will be joining a strong site team with great moral on a project which can offer great longevity and progression opportunities in the future.
