Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Project/Contracts Manager on a permanent basis for a client of ours located in London
You will be joining their growing Highways Division, delivering a range of civil engineering projects across Central and South West London. Project Scope
- Drainage
- General Civil Engineering
- Kerbing
- Footways
- Road Surfacing
Responsibilites
- Oversee the operational and commercial management of ongoing projects
- Programme and budget for both new and existing works
- Contribute to tendering for upcoming contracts
- Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
- Plan and manage workloads, budgets, and cost control
- Maintain effective communication with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure all works are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor, SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS)
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Strong background in highway works, particularly with local authorities
- Proven track record as a Contracts or Project Manager
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
