Founded in 2004, Intex Facades has successfully completed over 300 SFS and Rainscreen Cladding projects nationwide.
We are currently looking for a Hoist Driver/labourer to work on a busy construction site based in London. Applicants must hold a valid CPCS Hoist Operative Card and have Medical Fitness Certificate, you will need previous experience working on a construction site.
The role is a temporary position.
- Operating the hoist as and when required
- Removal of waste materials
- Excellent timekeeping
- To perform the job in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
- Assist trades on site, carrying out any labouring tasks they may have
- Perform general errands and help keep site accommodation tidy
- Work under the supervision of the Site Manager
- Adhering to site health and safety
- Positive working attitude
Location: London based
. Start Date: ASAP
Rates: Day rates £132.5 per day
Duration: Ongoing work for the right individuals
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (weekends maybe required by prior arrangement)
Essential requirements: Solid experience, CPCS Card
Fortnightly pay
