About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Client-Side Senior Project Manager to manage minor works, building maintenance and construction schemes across a diverse public sector property portfolio.

Accountabilities

  • Project management of minor works, building maintenance and construction schemes across a diverse property portfolio
  • Management of external contractors
  • Work closely with design teams and technical professionals
  • Delivery of maintenance, repairs, adaptations and refurbishments of a broad range of buildings
  • Liaise with architects and management of RIBA processes
  • Procurement and tendering for contracts
  • Work closely with building surveyors and other members of the property team

Candidate Requirements

  • Professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB ideally or working towards
  • Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject such as construction or quantity surveying
  • Client-side project management experience
  • Experience managing and delivering construction, maintenance and minor works schemes preferably within the public sector
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Able to start at short notice
  • Willing to travel to London minimum 3 days per week
