We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Project Manager to join a fast expanding retail chain. In this high-profile role as Junior Construction Project Manager, you will support the store expansion projects.

The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing store openings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Directly reporting into the Chief Operating Office and Head Of Retail Operations, this is a high-profile opportunity to develop and progress into an established Project Manager a play a pivotal role in managing key business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets for new store openings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services required for store openings.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
