Lead Project Manager - Construction

Small specialist cycle park solutions provider

The Client:

A leading specialist in designing and installing high-quality cycle parking solutions, including bike racks, shelters, and end-of-trip facilities. They work with clients across the construction industry, local authorities, rail operators, and corporate sectors, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to promote cycling and active travel.

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of supply and fit projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage an active project workload while allocating tasks to the project manager and operations manager under your supervision. You will play a pivotal role in delivering projects ranging from large-scale residential developments to smaller commercial or local authority installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from contract award to completion.
  • Manage procurement processes, project budgets, and sub-contractors.
  • Allocate work and ensure collaboration between the in-house design team and external supply chain.
  • Attend client meetings to ensure that project progress is aligned with expectations and all activities comply with health and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are competitive and profitable.
