The company:You will be joining a market leading lift manufacturing company, who, with continuous progression and a large order/project timeline are seeking an experienced lift engineering professional who is looking to continue progressing their career within a project-based role. The role will be a varied role, with a mix of duties. Ultimately, the Project Engineer/Manger will oversee a large area where they will oversee projects from initial customer interaction through to project completion. Job responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the work of contractors that provide operational and technical support on customer sites.
  • Carry out servicing and maintenance of the current range of lift products including home lifts, platform lifts and more.
  • Deal with clients, suppliers and more to provide technical services to other members of the team and customers.
  • Management Projects from initial customer interaction through to project completion and managing any maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Be the face of the company and offer excellent customer service

This is just a summed-up list, and other responsibilities and tasks will be required.Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience as a lift engineer or similar
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience overseeing customer work on sites.
  • Great customer service skills.
