Role OverviewAs an M&E Pre-Construction Manager, you will lead the pre-construction phase of high-value projects, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, estimating, and design stages of M&E projects.
- Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors to develop detailed plans.
- Propose cost-effective solutions during early-stage project planning.
- Prepare budgets, timelines, and risk assessments aligned with standards.
- Work on large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in M&E pre-construction management.
- Proven success managing projects over £50 million.
- Expertise in projects up to RIBA Stage 4 and working with PCSA agreements.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
