A dynamic and innovative Tier 2 contractor, specializing in delivering high-quality M&E services across Residential, Commercial, and Data Centre projects is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join onto a commercial project located in the heart of London. This high-profile project is scheduled for completion in August 2025.

The role is paid outside IR35, and will engage contractors through either limited companies or the CIS.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the mechanical construction activities of the commercial project from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
  • Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
