We are working with a growing but well established M&E Contractor with a group turnover of 80m who are major players in the commercial, life sciences and healthcare sectors across the UK and Ireland who are looking for a Mechanical Construction Managerto jointheir growingLondon business unit.

You will be tasked with joining one of their newly won large scale commercial buildings in Central London. They have 5 new projects they have recently secured, you will be involved on a 26m M&E value university building near Holborn Station, the project is imminently going to site and will have 2-3 years of work.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and motivating mechanical subcontractors and teams
  • Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services
  • Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
  • Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc.
  • Manage project-specific scheduling.
  • Communicate changes to the Project team.
  • Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.
