Role

We are currently working with one of the largest M&E contractors within the UK who are looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join one of their marquee schemes based in Moorgate.

This will be for one of the largest tier 1 contractors in London on a scheme with an M&E value of around twenty five millionwhere you will be reporting into a Senior Electrical Project Manager & working alongside a Electrical Construction Manager.

The business that we are working alongside are one of the biggest M&E contractors within the UK and work with industry leading contractors such as Multiplex, Wates, SRM and more.

This company is known for having a very progressive structure with the firm priding in investing in its employers as well as giving opportunitiesto go abroad. With their sectors specialising in data centres, pharmaceutical builds & large MOD sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing electrical construction projects
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Managing budgets and project timeline
  • Reporting into a Project Manager
  • Working alongside a Electrical couterpart
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the team
  • Conducting regular site inspections and progress reports

Previous experience requiered

  • SMSTS,SSSTS,CSCS Black Card is needed
  • Proven experience in electrical construction management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
