Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MEP project management commissions, from initiation to completion, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Establish and manage project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advise on procurement strategies and manage resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating communication between stakeholders.
  • Oversee project finances, monitoring budgets and advising on cost control.
  • Manage project changes and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and assist with marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience, ideally within the data centres or digital infrastructure environment.
  • Experience in construction consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Chartered status or working towards this designation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from conception to post-completion review.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and concepts.
