Contract - 9 months at £325 per day (outside IR35)
One of the fastest growing MEP Subcontractors in the UK are after a MEP Project Manager to jump onto a project in Docklands in London. The project is a residential new build comprising 95 units, 50% are build to rent and the rest for private sale.
Other than the expected requirements of a MEP PM for this role, we need someone who is really comfortable being client facing and representing the business. They re based in The Midlands, and although they have a Director from there visiting weekly to the London Projects, you need to be comfortable being the true Number One on site and handling all types of challenges that could occur.
Their order book is looking decent and they are tendering on a few big high end resi jobs in London so there is a reasonable chance that this will lead to more projects in the long term.
The project is due to start on site in late August/Early September so immediate availability isn’t a necessity at all. We do want to get this appointment made asap though so the project is ready to go at the right time.
