What You Can Expect
- Salary - £55,000
- Location - West London (Mobile)
- Work Type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Mobile Project Manager
- Visiting multiple sites.
- Forefront of managing and leading refurbishment and fit out projects.
- Responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and specification writing to cost estimation, site visits, subcontractor and supplier procurement, and project programming.
- Play a crucial role in coordination, site setup, change management, client communication, and project closure.
- Oversee all the engineers and operatives on site.
Core Experience, Skills, and Requirements
- Proven experience travelling to different sites 5x per week
- Site management safety training scheme + Construction skill certification scheme
