Are you a Contracts Manager ready to take the next step in your career? A £100m Roofing Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage a team of Contracts Managers across projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in roofing or large-scale construction projects to join a reputable and dynamic organisation during an exciting period of growth. Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus + CarLocation: London Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Contracts Managers working on various construction projects across London.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise project delivery and team performance.
Provide guidance and leadership to Contracts Managers, supporting their development and success.
Collaborate with commercial and project teams to align project delivery with contractual and financial goals.
Monitor project progress and address challenges to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Experience & Skills Required

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior role within roofing or construction project management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of construction contracts, operational processes, and project delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and balance priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
