Drive the success of concrete frame projects from the ground up as a Pre-Construction Manager. You'll be the strategic leader during the pre-construction phase, collaborating across disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. Your expertise in planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, timely, and cost-effective projects.Key Responsibilities: - Strategically manage pre-construction activities, including site analysis, feasibility assessments, and design coordination. - Control project finances, procurement, and risk, ensuring optimal project outcomes. - Develop and implement robust pre-construction schedules, proactively addressing potential challenges. - Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, fostering clear communication and alignment. - Lead the tender process, collaborating to select high-performing contractors and suppliers. - Optimize project costs through value engineering, maintaining quality standards. - Contribute to the development of effective site construction methodologies and temporary works strategies. Provide detailed pre-construction progress reports, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
