About The Role:Shift Pattern: 8-5pm Monday to Thursday & 8-2.30pm FridayWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Project Manager (RIBA 1-4) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and pre-construction phases of various projects, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Construction Project Planning: Develop comprehensive pre-construction plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation in relation to RIBA stages 1-4.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design specifications meet project requirements.
- Budget Management: Working with Pre-construction Commercial support to prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants, and team members.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Documentation: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: recognised qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in pre-construction project management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
