Participate in undertaking regular validation surveys, ensuring that these are captured correctly and adhere to agreed data quality standards.
  • Function as client representative to ensure 'oven ready’ projects are ready to hand over to delivery teams within the agreed time scale according to the programme of works.
  • Ensuring that regular site visits / inspections are undertaken so that resident satisfaction and quality remain at the forefront of the output and outcomes that the contracts deliver. Responsible to ensure that information on works conducted or no longer required are fed back into the Keystone system, to allow the maintenance strategy team to accurately forecast future programming.
