Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Utilise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow to track progress and report on project status.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for project execution and management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong background in product development.
- CDM Qualification
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
