Project Coordinator - House of Architecture Programme (HOAP)

Hybrid Working - 2 Days in London Office / 3 days at home

We are thrilled to be partnering with Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) to recruit their new Project Coordinator to support their House of Architecture Programme (HOAP).

This major transformation initiative will encompass many moving streams including Business Change, Construction, Digital filing systems and fundraising. The redevelopment of their current site will result in a new world-class collections/digital tech building.

Within this varied role, you will provide vital administrative support, coordinate key projects, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure seamless programme delivery. It is essential that you have extensive project support experience coupled with confident stakeholder engagement skills.

This is a role that offers plenty of autonomy and a fantastic opportunity to build on your project management experience.
