We are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Project Lead.

This opportunity is working on 40million commercial fit out scheme.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience on fit out & new build residential & commercial schemes from 30million - 60million+.

Job role: Project Lead

Salary: 95,000 - 110,000 + package (Depending on experience)

Location: Central London

Project Manager responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
Liaising with client and providing updates on works being done
