Our client is a dynamic property company specialising in mixed-use buildings and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). Their projects range from conversions and refurbishments to commercial-to-residential transformations and fit-outs. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description: This company are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property / project management OR surveying, specifically with mixed-use buildings and HMOs. This role requires full project life-cycle experience, from conception and design through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of projects and clients, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project life-cycle, from initial conception and design to final completion.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of property development projects, including conversions, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Surveyor in the property sector, with a focus on residential, commercial, mixed-use buildings and HMOs.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property development processes and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Local to NW4, London, and able to work in the office full-time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a large portfolio of projects and clients.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB).
