CRS are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Manager on a freelance basis. Working in Central London on long term contracts.
My client is a Principal Contractor specialising in soft strip out, demolition, and light refurbishment projects in occupied buildings of all types.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Team Management: Leading and coordinating a team of demolition and construction workers2.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and conducting risk assessments2.
- Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring it meets project specifications2.
- Communication: Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in demolition or strip out.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CSCS or CCDO, SMSTS and First Aid
- Skills: Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety regulations and asbestos awareness.
