  • Lead the planning and execution of high level events and productions
  • Work closely with the client and design team to bring visions and briefs to life
  • Manage project budgets with efficiently
  • After each event, reconcile the budgets to ensure accuracy
  • Execution of full design brief 
  • Interpret construction drawings and plans with clarity, precision and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders
  • Supervise and direct a talented team of crew, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and motivate them to achieve project success
  • Ensure H&S policies and procedures are in line with guidelines and adhered to at all times
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and continuously and confidently liaise with them to ensure open and honest communication throughout 
  • Ensure the workshop is a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed 
  • Be on hand at events and set ups to ensure everything runs smoothly for crew and clients
What you need:
  • Previous experience within construction is ESSENTIAL 
  • Proven experience and a deep understanding of efficient workshop and onsite construction techniques
  • Previous experience within the creative sector is desired - TV / Film/ Events / Productions / Exhibitions 
  • Health and safety qualification - NEBOSH or IOSH or similar 
  • Confident in presenting and liaising with high profile clients
