This contractor, part of a larger civils group,has had a successful few months securing some brilliant schemes. They have multiple projectsstarting Jan/Feb, hence the need to strengthen their project managementteam.
They take oncomplexschemes across the capital, so you'll need to have a solid track record working on central London cut & carve/enabling projects up to 20m in value.
Desired skills/experience:
- Excellent client liaison skills, solid ability to build rapport and work closely with developers/consultants
- Experience with complex London zone 1 projects - logistically challenging sites, temporary works, party wall agreements, faade retention etc.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
- Background can be specialist demolition contractors or civil engineering/cut & carve
