We are looking for a can-do person, someone who can lead the Fuel Your Finances team, use creative strategies to engage people in the project, and support them to reduce their financial pressures and stress - leading to improved mental health and wellbeing. The Fuel Your Finances project will be delivered in Mansfield and Tower Hamlets/Aldgate, working alongside food provision such as FOOD Clubs and Food Stores.Your impactYou will take the lead in delivering the Fuel Your Finances project, achieving a range of positive outcomes for low income and vulnerable families including: increased income; reduced financial pressures and stress; increased skills, knowledge and confidence around cooking, eating and heating in an energy efficient and healthy way; reduced energy use and savings on energy bills; increased awareness around energy safeguarding, gas safety and the dangers of carbon monoxide, contributing to improved safety at home; increased awareness of and engagement with other local support services.Your skillsYou will have demonstrable experience of implementing new services or projects and the ability to successfully manage teams that are working across a wide geographical area. You will also have a strong track record in service delivery with a focus on quality, outcomes and safeguarding.
