We are recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a leading, very well-established furniture design and manufacturing business. The company produce furniture for a large portfolio of leading, luxury interior designers for a range of residential and commercial projects including bars, clubs, yachts, restaurants and luxury residential. Due to continued and sustained growth the business is looking to add an experienced Project Manager with a flair for time management and excellent organisational skills, to join the talented team.On a day-to-day basis, the key responsibilities will typically involve maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders; and managing the flow of project information between company and Client.

Other responsibilities will involve:• Assisting and supporting the Head of Projects• Facilitate development of furniture project plans and manage them from start through to production• Monitoring the furniture project schedule overseeing due dates and workshop completion dates• Processing furniture project Sales orders and generating comprehensible specifications for design and production• Providing support within the Projects Team• Liaising with clients to ensure all critical information is understood and transferred to the Scheduling system and specifications• Liaising with Head of Projects identifying project risks to ensure projects run smoothly• Cross Checking Client PO’s against Invoicing and ensuring all aspects of projects from Sampling, materials chasing and quality control are managed to achieve stable project healthProject Coordinator Requirements:Strong leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft SuiteExtremely organized and focusedExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenAbility to motivate and keep staff on taskPropensity for multi-taskingDeadline driven and willingness to develop operational processesCandidates will preferably have experience working as a Project Manager in the furniture / furnishings / interiors industry but this is not essential.The role is offered on a Monday to Friday basis, competitive salary based on experience. 33 days holiday per year inclusive of public holidays.
